Trends
Trends sits one level above the timeline. It is for recurring patterns, not for reconstructing every window.

Start with the weekly breakdown and summary cards. They show how much time held as focus, drift, or neutral and which categories shaped the selected week, month, or 90-day range.
Daily focus and drift score
Section titled “Daily focus and drift score”
Back on Your Day, the 30-minute score shows when focus holds, when drift appears, and how the balance changes through the day.
Weekly focus profile
Section titled “Weekly focus profile”
The weekly attention rhythm shows when focus and drift tend to appear. The Focus Profile summarizes the pattern through focus start, endurance, short drifts, routine, and balance.

Below those summaries, Drift Patterns and Focus Patterns connect the apps around a transition, while Break Recovery records the outcomes of intentional breaks. Read Trends after the timeline, not instead of it. If a pattern looks wrong, correct the underlying classification; later charts will follow the correction.
